Regression-Based Correction and I-PSO-Based Optimization of HMCVT’s Speed Regulating Characteristics for Agricultural Machinery

چکیده

To improve the speed regulating characteristics of continuously variable transmission for agricultural machinery, in order to meet engineering and technical requirements precision agriculture intelligent agriculture, paper researches proposes a method combining analysis characteristics, regression-based correction, improved particle swarm optimization (I-PSO) algorithm. First, analyzes degree deviation between linearization theoretical value variable-pump constant-motor system machinery according measurement results bench test. Next, corrects compares regression based on four models. Finally, design expected it completes matching parameters with I-PSO Results indicate that show high (with coefficient determination 0.9775). The measured values have certain 0.8934). Therefore, correcting variable-pimp is highly necessary.
